Within minutes, you will get an order confirmation from your SurfBest agent. Then, you will be ready to install and configure your dial-up connection using Windows 95/98/2000. A credit card is required to sign up for SurfBest. Your account will be billed as soon as your account is set up. The first credit card charge is $.42 per day for the remainder of the signup month AND $12.50 for the next full month.
